Words are living organisms that grow old and sometimes die. Many words have disappeared from the language for various reasons. To know about these words and perhaps breath a new life into them you have a chance. Visit the site savethewords.org to see a list of all such words and make a commitment to adopt one of them (or many of them). This site is put up by Oxford Dictionaries. Some New Words that you may not find in your old dictionaries. Use them and and sound smart.

Legacy waste : A waste material that cannot be reused and hence will last for a long time.
Cleantech (adjective): Involving Clean technology
Ex: cleantech jobs
Spaceplane : A plane that can take you to outer space
Built-to-flip (adjective): A business set up with an intention to be bought out by a bigger company.
Ex: It is a built-to-flip startup
I am not against built-to-flip companies like yours.
Photobombing : Spoiling a photo by jumping into the frame at the last moment as the photo is being taken.
Ex:  Your photobombing skill is admirable.
Headdesk (verb): To hit one's head on the desk to express frustration and annoyance.
Ex: He made me headdesk with his silly demands.
